Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to prepare and deliver high-quality training to clinical customers of a healthcare software platform. You will drive adoption through instructor-led sessions, reinforcement strategies, and continuous improvement of training content.

You will conduct both in-person and virtual trainings at company sites, conferences, and customer locations, coordinate logistics, assess learner needs, and leverage AI tools to close content gaps while

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning and instructional design.
• Ability to tailor training for clinical users of healthcare software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience delivering in-person and remote training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual trainings at client sites and events, coordinating logistics.
• Promote online learning modules and assess learner needs for ongoing education.
• Evaluate and improve training formats using AI-driven learner feedback data.
• Implement reinforcement strategies to sustain long-term adoption.
• Facilitate communities of practice and ongoing enablement sessions.
• Coach super users and support customer-success teams with knowledge transfer.
