Job summary

Emplify Health is seeking a Telecommunications Service Assistant to join our team on the Onalaska, WI campus. You will handle external and internal calls for GHS departments and staff, using screened call flows to determine the best outcomes while maintaining empathy and professionalism.

The role is 0.8 FTE (64 hours biweekly) with primarily 2nd shift hours (3:00pm–11:00pm) and rotating weekends. Starting pay is $17.93/hr, with shift differentials, on-site in Onalaska, WI.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
