BD is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide phone and email technical support for Parata’s pharmacy automation solutions. The role focuses on diagnosing issues, guiding customers and field engineers, and maintaining clear, customer-friendly communications to ensure service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, basic networking knowledge, and comfort with IT documentation.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in technical support or customer service.
• Comfortable in customer-facing roles.
• Familiar with basic networking hardware and software.
• Able to travel up to 15% domestically.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Experience with IT support documentation.
• Able to read technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues.
• Tailor communication style to audience and document case notes clearly.
• Set objectives and timelines for case resolution.
• Support the resolution of trending issues and maintain data quality in CRM.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates to improve processes.
• Provide progress updates and gather customer feedback to ensure needs are met.
