You will respond to calls, chats, emails, and social inquiries, educate professionals on processes, and use our applicant tracking system to document issues, delivering friendly, client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals and internal departments with onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation.
• Make outbound and respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, social media posts, and emails.
• Act as a social media ambassador engaging with healthcare professionals and connecting them with recruiters.
• Use our applicant tracking system to document issues from request to resolution.
• Educate professionals on processes and manage expectations for assignments.
• Provide friendly, professional support with a client-focused approach.
• Utilize company-provided equipment during employment.
