Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of business systems analysis experience, including requirements gathering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to document requirements as epics, features, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes to identify pain points and opportunities through technology.
• Support test planning, UAT, and test scenario development.
• Provide input on backlog priorities and sprint planning.
• Perform data analysis and data mapping activities to support decisions.
• Liaise between business and IT within an Agile delivery team.
