Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls promptly and routes to appropriate department or person.
• Carries out paging procedures for employees, providers, and on-call staff, including during emergencies.
• Acts as an information hub for patients, staff, and external customers.
• Transfers calls to proper extensions ensuring smooth communication.
• Coordinates emergency codes and disasters with timely notifications to staff.
