Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Care Team Specialist (CTS) to support healthcare professionals and drive exceptional candidate experiences. You will handle onboarding, payroll, benefits, portal navigation, and tech issues, while acting as a social media ambassador and liaison to recruiters.

You will use MS Office and the ATS to communicate, educate, and manage expectations for assignments, contributing to a high-quality, responsive care experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; BS/BA degree preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with client focus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability to evolving situations.

Responsibilities

• Create the best possible experience for healthcare professionals by contributing ideas to improve candidate experience.
• Assist professionals and internal teams with onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation issues.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, social posts, and emails.
• Act as a social media ambassador, engaging with professionals and connecting them with recruiters.
• Utilize the applicant tracking system to document issues from support request to resolution.
• Educate professionals on processes and manage expectations for assignments.
