Cross Country Healthcare seeks a Care Team Specialist (CTS) in Florida to deliver exceptional service to healthcare professionals, focusing on onboarding, payroll, benefits, portal navigation and issue resolution.

You will handle outbound and inbound communications across calls, chats, texts, emails and social media, using our ATS to document issues and support professionals through pre/post onboarding. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; BS/BA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and social media platforms.
• Customer service oriented with strong client focus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt to changing situations.
• Friendly, helpful yet direct demeanor on calls.
• Ability to relate to a variety of people and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Enhance candidate experience by contributing new ideas to improve processes.
• Assist healthcare professionals and internal teams with onboarding, payroll, benefits, portal navigation and tech issues.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound channels (calls, chats, texts, emails).
• Serve as a social media ambassador, answering questions and connecting professionals with recruiters.
• Use the ATS to communicate and document issues from request to resolution.
• Educate professionals on processes and manage expectations for assignments.
• Support professionals during pre/post onboarding.
• Collaborate with support teams to educate and communicate issues and solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
