Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Care Team Specialist to deliver exceptional support to our healthcare professionals, handling onboarding, payroll and benefits questions while maintaining strong rapport and service quality.

You will communicate across channels, educate users on processes, and partner with recruiters to ensure smooth candidate experiences. Training on our systems and processes will be provided, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Assist healthcare professionals onboarding, payroll, benefits, and portal navigation.
• Excellent customer service and issue resolution skills.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Assist healthcare professionals and internal departments resolve onboarding, payroll, benefits, navigating the portal and troubleshooting tech issues.
• Make outbound calls as well as respond to inbound calls, chats, texts, social media posts, and emails.
• Act as a social media ambassador, engage with healthcare professionals, answer questions, provide knowledge, and connect professionals with recruiters.
• Use our applicant tracking system to communicate and notate issues from support request to resolution.
• Educate new and current healthcare professionals on processes and manage expectations for each assignment.
