Job summary

Level I/II responsibilities include stocking, cycle counts, ERP reporting, and collaboration with nursing units. A background in logistics within healthcare is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, logistics, customer service, or related service environment.
• Level II requires two years of experience in these areas.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and/or linen for end users.
• Utilize ERP systems to document movement of supplies and perform cycle counts.
• Inspect shipments, enter goods receipts, and file packing slips.
• Report shipment discrepancies and assist with vendor returns.
• Move and stock supplies, transport shipments, and deliver items to designated recipients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain organized workspaces.
• Mentor Level I associates and assist with inventory management improvements.
