Job summary

Duke Health’s Duke Raleigh Hospital is seeking an attentive Inventory & Logistics Associate to manage supply distribution, stock levels, and equipment movement across the campus. This on-site role supports nursing units, OR, and clinics with timely deliveries and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include using SAP, Pyxis, EPIC, TIMS, and handheld devices, mentoring Level I staff, and coordinating with stakeholders to optimize PAR levels and inventory flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 pounds and maneuver carts daily.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen; document movements using SAP and Pyxis.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support annual counts.
• Mentor Level I associates and act as backup team lead.
• Coordinate delivery to nursing units, OR, clinics, and off-site locations.
• Generate reports and use ERP systems for inventory management and performance improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries related to supply and linen needs.
