Job summary

Level I & II roles involve hands-on inventory control, ERP tooling usage, and collaboration with nursing units. Candidates should have at least one year in related services and a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related service environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and/or linen for end users.
• Utilize supply chain technologies to document movement of supplies.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired products as needed.
• Receive deliveries, inspect shipments, and file packing slips.
• Assist with vendor returns and rotate stock in inventory areas.
• Provide excellent customer service for supply and linen inquiries.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and support operational efficiency.
