Job summary

Responsibilities include documenting movements in SAP, performing cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy of inventories. Level II duties involve mentoring peers, coordinating with clinics, and generating ERP reports to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics or related service environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service oriented environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Level I: support inventory management, document movement of supplies in SAP, perform cycle counts, verify expiration dates, receive deliveries and maintain clean workspaces.
• Level II: mentor Level I, act as backup Team Lead, coordinate deliveries to clinics, manage inventory and participate in annual counts, generate ERP reports and support TIMS/EPIC usage.
