Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support inventory management, restocking, and order fulfillment across facilities. You will document movements using SAP and Pyxis, perform cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory levels while coordinating with nursing units and clinics.

The role requires strong customer service, familiarity with ERP systems, and the physical ability to handle materials. 10-hour shifts run Fri-Mon on-site.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related service environment.
  • Valid Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute and restock supplies and/or linen for end users.
  • Utilize Supply Chain technologies including Pyxis and SAP to document movement of supplies.
  • Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Check expiration dates on supplies and discard expired products as needed.
  • Receive deliveries; sign for shipments and file packing slips.
  • Enter goods receipts into SAP and report discrepancies to management.
  • Move and stock supplies in appropriate locations after receiving.
  • Transport shipments from loading dock to stockrooms and deliver to recipients.
