Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations is desirable.
• Proficiency using ERP/SAP-based systems for inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen for end users.
• Document movement of supplies using SAP and Pyxis.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired items as needed.
• Accept deliveries and verify contents against packing slips.
• Enter goods receipts into SAP and file packing slips.
• Support annual inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with nursing units and departments to ensure supply availability.
