Job summary

Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC is seeking an Inventory Associate with Level I/II responsibilities to manage stock, document movements using SAP and Pyxis, and support distribution across units. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in distribution, warehousing, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related service environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer service–oriented setting preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen for end users.
• Utilize SAP, Pyxis, and other ERP tools to document movement of supplies.
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired products appropriately.
• Accept and sign for deliveries from distributors.
• Move and stock supplies; transport shipments to stockrooms and recipients.
• Provide excellent customer service for nursing units and departments.
• Mentor Level I associates and support Level II responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and proactively improve operations.
