Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory management preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Healthcare supply chain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and restock supplies and linen.
• Document movement of supplies using SAP, Pyxis.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Check expiration dates and discard expired products.
• Accept deliveries and process vendor returns.
• Enter goods receipts and manage stock locations.
• Support PAR level adjustments and inventory management.
• Coordinate deliveries to off-site clinics and facilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to nursing units and departments.
