Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and vacancies to meet patient plan of care.
• Create staffing plans and schedules; fill vacancies with contractors.
• Onboard new contractors and coordinate orientation.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars.
• Maintain confidential patient and contractor documents per policy.
• Communicate with care team, HR, and case management; ensure 24/7 coverage when needed.
