Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure patient homes are staffed with nurses and caregivers per plan of care. You will identify staffing needs, create schedules, onboard contractors, and collaborate with HR and case management to fill vacancies, all while maintaining compliance and patient satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have healthcare staffing or scheduling experience, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office, Adobe, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Healthcare staffing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and vacancies due to call outs.
• Understand plan of care for new patients.
• Create staffing plans and coordinate with HR to fill vacancies.
• Schedule orientation for contractors and manage onboarding.
• Track schedules for compliance and conduct patient calls for satisfaction.
