Qualifications

• 7+ years of Solutions/System Engineer experience with executive-level presentation skills.
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with public speaking.
• Able to engage with security architects and influence CISOs.
• Experience with systems installation, configuration on Linux, MacOS, Windows.
• Familiar with mobile devices (MDM/MAM) and OS (Android, iOS).
• Knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM, and related protocols.
• Experience with cloud security solutions and remote access technologies.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate Netskope benefits to security leaders.
• Lead demos, PoCs, and Value exercises with prospects and customers.
• Participate in regional customer success and resolve satisfaction issues.
• Gather customer requirements and translate into product feedback.
• Present Netskope solutions to prospective customers and at conferences.
• Create and deliver product demonstrations and test plans with customers/partners.
