Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of solution strategy.
• Build relationships across teams and stakeholders for solutioning.
• Lead sessions with portfolio leaders to improve models and processes.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, scenario planning and performance measurement.
• Incorporate Human-Centered Design in analyses and design work.
• Identify root causes and propose mitigations.
• Create presentations and docs detailing findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
