Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a experienced analyst to support a broad portfolio of Living Health solutions. You will help solve problems, design business models, develop workflows, and prepare recommendations with a focus on cost effectiveness and regulatory considerations.

The role involves collaborating with leaders and clinicians to design improvements, quantify opportunities, and develop operational plans while embedding KPIs and governance practices across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years in a business consulting/strategy/analyst role or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining, scoping, and prioritizing solution strategy within workstreams.
• Build relationships across teams to broaden business knowledge and impact.
• Lead sessions with stakeholders to document improvements to models, processes, and systems.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, scenario planning, and performance measurement to drive optimization.
• Support human-centered design methods to assess people, process, and tech impacts.
• Identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
• Create documentation and communications detailing findings and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
