Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company
• Minimum 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role
• Healthcare exposure is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of solution strategy and analysis workstreams
• Build relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders to broaden business knowledge
• Lead planning sessions to design improvements to models, processes and systems
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization methods to deliver insights
• Incorporate Human-Centered Design and business analysis frameworks to assess impacts
• Develop documentation and presentations to justify strategies and priorities
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Other duties as assigned
