Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of efforts for solution strategy and analysis within workstreams.
• Lead planning sessions with solution portfolio leaders, clinicians, and business stakeholders to design improvements.
• Leverage LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop documentation and presentations detailing findings and recommended approaches.
