Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support a broad scope of strategic activities across solution portfolios. The role involves problem-solving, data analytics, and documenting requirements to optimize Living Health solutions.

You will design business models, processes, and operational plans, and ensure viability through KPIs, cost effectiveness, and compliance while collaborating with peers, leaders, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to quantify opportunities using statistical assessment.
• Experience with process optimization and Lean Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of change execution and BPM concepts.
• Healthcare domain knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to observe, analyze, and provide actionable feedback.
• Ability to prepare strategic and analytical documentation and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of solution strategy and analyses.
• Build relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders to expand solution knowledge.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to design improvements.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, work simplification, and performance measurement techniques.
• Incorporate human-centered design and business analysis frameworks to achieve objectives.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them.
• Develop documentation and communications to justify and guide solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
