Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company.
• Minimum 3 years in a Business Consulting/Business Analyst/Business Process Analyst role or related operational area.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and prioritize efforts for solution strategy within workstreams.
• Build relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders to broaden business knowledge and impact of solutioning.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to understand and design improvements to business models, processes, and systems.
• Leverage LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Apply Human-Centered Design and core business analysis frameworks to assess people, process, and technology impacts.
• Identify root causes and develop recommendations to mitigate them.
• Develop docs, presentations, and communications detailing findings and strategies.
