Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a seasoned business analyst/consultant to support strategy across Living Health solution portfolios in a healthcare setting. The role involves problem solving, data analytics, and developing operating plans while considering economic factors.

You will collaborate with peers and leaders to design improved business models, processes, and systems, delivering actionable recommendations and formal business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a business/analytical role.
• 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, and prioritize efforts for solution strategy and analysis in workstreams.
• Build relationships across teams and stakeholders to broaden business knowledge and impact.
• Lead planning with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to design improvements to models and processes.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques to deliver insights.
• Use Human-Centered Design and business analysis frameworks to assess people, process, and technology impacts.
• Identify root causes and develop recommendations to mitigate them.
• Create documentation and presentations to justify strategies and priorities.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
