Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years in a Business Consulting, Business Strategist, Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role or related operational area.
• 1 year in the Healthcare Industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support definition, scoping, and prioritization of solution strategy and analysis within workstreams.
• Establish and maintain relationships across matrixed teams and stakeholders.
• Lead planning sessions with portfolio leaders and stakeholders to design improvements to models, processes, and systems.
• Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and process optimization methods to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Use Human-Centered Design and core business analysis frameworks to assess impacts to people, process, and technology.
• Identify root causes and develop solutions to mitigate issues.
• Develop documentation and communications detailing findings and recommendations.
