Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility on a full-time, on-site basis. The role involves supervising security staff on a shift, coordinating with account leadership, and ensuring quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, report-writing, and crisis-management skills, with the ability to handle routine and high-pressure situations while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if driving is required.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Basic computer skills to use wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis and normal situations professionally.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
• Ensure continuation of coverage and operational readiness on shift.
