Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Healthcare Security Shift Supervisor in Ohio. This full-time role will supervise the delivery of security services on a specific shift and act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers to ensure high-quality service.

The position emphasizes coaching, reporting, and discipline within approved guidelines, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• Driving positions require valid license, driving record, and insurance as per policy.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technology.
• Ability to handle crisis and everyday situations with composure and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within approved empowerment range.
