Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Field Security Shift Supervisor to lead security operations in a healthcare facility, ensuring professional, patient-centered, trauma-informed services. You will supervise officers, coordinate training, and liaise with hospital leadership and the security account manager to promote safety and service excellence.

The role requires supervisory experience in security, a valid driver’s license, and a commitment to following hospital policies, Joint Commission standards,

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead security teams and coordinate shift activities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, patient-centered care.
• Experience in supervisory roles within security or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Conduct shift roll-calls and site visits; document knowledge and performance.
• Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Verify Post Order manuals and training materials are up-to-date and accessible.
• Provide on-the-job training and review emergency protocols and client requirements.
