Complete Care is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator / Central Supply to join our team. You will create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support daily operations with compassionate care.

The role requires a High School Diploma, CNA certification, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work with HR on leaves, payroll-related tasks, and staffing reports to sustain optimal resident care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA Certification required.
• Experience with staffing schedules preferred in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules for all shifts and departments.
• Maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals; assist with payroll preparation.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves, resignations, and policy compliance.
• Assist in recruitment and retention efforts; identify staffing needs.
• Generate reports on staffing levels, absenteeism, and overtime.
• Address staffing shortages by adjusting schedules or using agency staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
