Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a Staffing Scheduler for day shift. You will oversee master schedules, ensure coverage, track attendance, and partner with leadership to optimize staffing for quality resident care.

The role requires a CNA license, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office; prior LTC scheduling experience is preferred. Join a supportive facility focused on quality care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CNA license required.
• Scheduling experience and LTC background preferred.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain staff schedules across all shifts and departments.
• Address immediate call-outs and vacancies by adjusting schedules or coordinating with agencies.
• Record attendance, call-outs, and overtime for payroll and leadership reports.
• Collaborate with HR on leaves and status changes; support recruitment and retention.
• Coordinate with DON, ADON, Administrator to meet staffing needs.
