Complete Care is seeking a Staffing Scheduler for the day shift. This role focuses on master schedule creation, daily coverage, attendance tracking, and partnering with leadership to optimize unit staffing for high-quality resident care.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a CNA license, with previous scheduling experience and LTC background preferred. Strong computer skills and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Scheduling experience in healthcare settings.
• LTC background preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master staff schedules across shifts and departments for adequate resident coverage.
• Address call-outs, tardiness, and vacancies by adjusting schedules or coordinating with agencies.
• Record attendance and overtime data to support payroll processing and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves, status changes, and resignations while supporting recruitment and retention.
• Communicate with DON, ADON, Administrator, and department heads to address staffing needs.
