Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active CNA certification is required.
• Previous scheduling experience with LTC background preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain staff master schedules to ensure coverage.
• Address call-outs and vacancies by adjusting schedules or coordinating with agencies.
• Record attendance and overtime data for payroll and leadership reports.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves, status changes, and resignations.
• Communicate with department heads to address staffing needs and policies.
