Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current CNA Certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience with staffing schedules, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Enthusiasm to learn new job functions.
• Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
• Previous scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain staff schedules for all shifts and departments.
• Maintain attendance records and assist payroll.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves and employee records and compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing requirements.
• Generate reports on staffing levels, absenteeism, and overtime.
• Address immediate staffing shortages and adjust schedules.
• Collaborate with HR on retention and recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies.
• Manage central supply.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
