Complete Care Management in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Scheduling Coordinator / Central Supply to optimize staff schedules and support daily operations in our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, possess a current CNA certification, and have experience with staffing calendars, payroll coordination, and HR collaboration.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
• Current CNA Certification required.
• Experience with staffing schedules, healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn new job functions and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
• Prior Long Term Care scheduling experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain staff schedules for all shifts and departments.
• Maintain records of call-outs, tardiness, and early arrivals; assist payroll.
• Coordinate with HR on leaves, resignations, and records; ensure compliance.
• Generate staffing reports and analyze absenteeism and overtime.
• Address immediate staffing shortages; adjust schedules or use agency staff.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and policies.
• Manage central supply and related duties as assigned.
