Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join the Customer Success team in delivering successful product implementations across healthcare and life sciences solutions. You will coordinate rollout activities, train customers, and ensure adoption across multiple high-visibility projects, collaborating with Product, Technology, and SME teams to resolve workflow challenges.

The role requires 5+ years in implementation or related consulting, strong communication, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of implementation, customer engagement/service, or consulting support experience.
• Strong project management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Elsevier products for customer accounts from kickoff to go-live and adoption.
• Create and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality, access methods and workflows; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Provide training and consultative support to maximize adoption and value; drive customer satisfaction and clear status updates.
