Job summary

Collectly, Inc. is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of our SaaS solutions in healthcare facilities.

You will own end-to-end projects, train client stakeholders, and customize configurations to meet needs while collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, strong client relationships, and adherence to best practices in implementation frameworks and delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in software implementation within healthcare or healthcare SaaS.
• Demonstrated project management of complex implementations from initiation to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey project information clearly.
• Familiarity with healthcare software systems and translating requirements for technical teams.
• Strong client-focused approach with ability to build relationships and understand client needs.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to address issues in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative team player who works well across departments and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates alignment with Collectly's GTM values: ownership, data-driven thinking, AI-powered, teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary client contact during implementation and align solutions to requirements.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders.
• Collaborate to customize and configure software to meet client needs.
• Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues to maintain momentum.
• Create detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and requirements.
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure success.
