Job summary

Relatient is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join the client onboarding team. You will translate business objectives into scalable Relatient platform solutions, guide onboarding and adoption, and work with healthcare interoperability technologies, APIs, and data interfaces.

The role requires strong communication, product expertise, and technical acumen to deliver high-quality SaaS implementations and maintain alignment with client goals and Relatient best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Health IT experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or related industry.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, HL7, batch interfaces, and technical specifications.
• Ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for clients.
• Analyze onboarding requirements and patient access workflows.
• Design, document, and present scalable workflow solutions in Relatient platform.
• Configure and support workflow implementations across modules and integrations.
• Lead onboarding discovery sessions and configuration planning.
• Collaborate with project managers and interoperability teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks and communicate mitigation strategies to clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate software testing to validate solution quality and performance.
• Support task tracking, milestones, and status reporting.
