Job summary

Collectly is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee the deployment of our SaaS solutions within healthcare facilities and organizations. You will lead end-to-end projects, engage clients, and coordinate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful deployments.

You will develop training programs, customize configurations to client needs, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation within the healthcare industry or healthcare SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects with timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Serve as main client contact during implementation and align solutions to client needs.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering to configure and deploy solutions.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues to maintain project momentum.
• Document implementation processes, configurations, and client requirements for reference.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure successful deployments.
