Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Strong project management skills across cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation delivery for customers, from kickoff to go-live and adoption.
• Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Serve as SME on product functionality, access methods, workflows, and integration requirements; troubleshoot issues.
