Job summary

Relatient is seeking an Implementation Consultant (Software Design Consultant) to lead healthcare SaaS implementations. You will translate client needs into scalable Relatient workflow solutions, configure integrations, and guide onboarding activities with cross-functional teams.

You’ll partner with clients and internal teams to align objectives, document processes, and ensure successful adoption. Travel up to 20% may be required, and a strong emphasis on communication and project management is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent Health IT/provider experience considered.
• 3+ years in healthcare technology, operations, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, HL7, batch interfaces, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for clients.
• Lead onboarding sessions and document workflows.
• Configure and support workflow implementations across modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with project managers and interoperability teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support software testing to validate solution quality and performance.
