Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to generate referrals.
• Build relationships with hospitals, facilities, home health, hospice, and physician practices.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen referrals.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and convert relationships into referrals.
• Research high-potential referral sources by market opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to referral generation.
• Maintain CRM documentation and provide pipeline updates.
• Represent Right at Home at healthcare networking events and partnerships.
