QuarterLine, a Planned Systems International company, seeks a Referral Management Center Specialist to support a Military Treatment Facility. You will provide professional customer service, assist patients and staff with referral and appointment coordination, and ensure timely processing of referrals.

Key duties include answering calls, verifying completeness and eligibility, scheduling specialty appointments, coordinating with outside providers or insurers, and maintaining accurate referral

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of administrative experience in a medical setting preferred (referral management, scheduling, or insurance verification).
• Proficiency with medical terminology and electronic health records is expected.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls and assist patients and staff with referral questions.
• Review and process referrals for completeness and eligibility.
• Schedule and reschedule specialty appointments per MTF guidelines.
• Process referrals within established timeframes (routine, urgent, emergent).
• Coordinate referrals with outside providers or insurers when services are not available at the MTF.
