Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Quality & Clinical Transformation Intern to support initiatives that improve clinical quality and patient outcomes. You will work with Quality and Clinical Transformation leaders and cross-functional partners to gain hands-on experience in healthcare quality improvement, data analysis, and change management.

You will participate in projects that identify opportunities for improvement, document processes, and help develop future-state workflows while communicating

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in healthcare administration, public health, health sciences, business, data analytics, or a related field.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated teamwork and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support quality improvement and clinical transformation projects to improve outcomes and safety.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and document current-state workflows.
• Help develop future-state workflows and gather data for analyses.
• Translate data findings into actionable insights for teams and leaders.
