Independent Living Systems is seeking a Quality & Performance Improvement Specialist to drive quality initiatives across our California market. You will partner with clinical, operational, compliance, and provider network teams to monitor performance, analyze trends, and support corrective actions to improve care management services.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Quality Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, managed care, care management, or healthcare operations
• Experience with performance management, quality initiatives, and provider oversight
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
