Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication procedures.
• Performs data service intake triage and responds to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues for resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
