Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring for a data services support role in the United States. The incumbent will follow established procedures to execute routine business tasks, support Finance, and enter baseline demographic transactions to aid claim adjudication.

The role requires at least 1 year of healthcare or data entry experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word). Preferred candidates may have SQL/QXNT experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under general supervision.
• Supports the Finance department, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
• Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures.
• Performs data service intake triage and reviews details to respond to customer/member inquiries.
• Conducts regular audits of provider information and escalates issues to management for swift resolution.
• Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies.
• Takes direction from management to understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
• Responds to auditor data requests and discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
