Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word).
• Arizona residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function under supervision.
• Support Finance, interacting with Underwriting and Account Management specialists.
• Enter baseline demographic transactions to support claim adjudication procedures.
• Triage data service intake and respond to customer/member inquiries.
